Had a break in a pipe beneath the floor to the outside of our house. We had already dug outside the house and had removed drywall inside the house to identify the problem. From the pictures I sent him, he was able to tell us exactly what was wrong and what he would do to fix it. He came out and fixed it very quickly and did a very clean and professional job. He definitely knows his stuff!!!
John was fast and efficient. We had a clogged drain line and he cleared the clog and provided information about what he did and how the clog was cleared. He has a lot of plumbing experience. He was also very easy to schedule and easy to work with. I appreciated his professional approach to the problem. Very reasonably priced as well. I would highly recommend.
