Great group of folks at Mason & Grant!Called for an estimate to replace our old furnace. Chris showed up, walked us through what we had and explained all of our options. He even retained our older duct work so we could see exactly how the new furnace would perform. That way when it’s time to replace it, he can build us a ducting system once and save time/money.Chris & Bryan delivered our new Carrier furnace, removed old one, and had new one almost done on first day! At this time, I would like to amend my previous post. After receiving my post, Mason and Grant contacted me by phone and addressed the matter in a courteous and a professional manner. I am now satisfied that this may have been an isolated incident and no indicative of the entire Company.

My furnace kept shutting off unexpectedly, not good with the cold we have been having. Contacted Mason and Grant and a technician was here in an hour. Very professional and fixed the problem with the furnace. Cost wasn't bad either. Thanks Mark F. for the great service.Service: Heating system maintenance
