Jordan got over to my place sized up the job and had a team(Mike, John, And Jacob) over within hours. They dried and dehumidified my unit for 2 days. After that they removed all the ceilings and drywall and left the place broom clean ready for the adjusters inspection. Great communication, conscientious workmen polite and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this Company .”

“It pays to talk to the technicians. They didn’t technically “solve” the issue but they found that there was not a typical clog and talked to me about what the next steps might be. Because of the experience and knowledge of my technician, he was able to lead me to where the problem was. It turned out to be a very simple solution that involved removing a small piece of pumice stone and opening up water jets but I never would have even known to look for something like that if he hadn’t talked to me and eliminated other possibilities. Because of the adjustments he made in the tank and the removal of the impediment, the toilet now flushes better than ever.”

“I called ServPro for an emergency roof repair recently and talked to a woman named Alison on the phone who was incredibly kind and helpful! Since it was closing time around the end of the day she advised that the soonest someone could arrive was the following day (which was expected). She told me she would work her hardest to squeeze me in an already-packed day with one of her estimators. She called me back the following morning to advise what time the estimator could be there based on his route and followed up again later in the day via phone call. We ended up using another local roofer to help us but Alison was so professional, sweet, helpful, and very communicative! If we ever need contractor services in WNY, I will happily call ServPro back just because the customer service was phenomenal. Thank you Alison!”

Dave answered the phone with 45 mins left to closing and was at my house 20 mins later. After explaining the situation he told us his step by step process. You can tell he has a love for the job, it showed in his knowledge of the materials and different detergents he uses. He treated our home with care and came in just under the same price as Stanley Steemer. We were very impressed with Dave and would have no issues using him again.
