“I used them at my home when WNY Roofing failed to tarp off my roof overnight after they completely removed it. It stormed that night and rained into my house damaging 5 rooms and my attic. Serve pro came out very quickly and assessed the damage. They were polite, professional and informative. They worked with my insurance agent as well. My husband is a carpenter so he worked with Servpro as to what areas needed to be demoed. Servepro then came in and set up dehumidifiers, did mold remediation, hepa vacuuming, moisture assessment and whatever else needed to happen to make our house water and mold free. The workers that came in to do that were clean and meticulous. We were extremely pleased with their work and would highly recommend them.
