This was my first time boarding my dog with Tails and it was an amazing experience. They took great care of my dog who has anxiety and updated me daily with what was going on and how he was doing. Their staff is also so kind and you can tell they love and care for the animals that they have boarded there. I love the daily report cards and photos. Will use them again for sure!

I was terribly impressed from the minute I walked in. There was no 'doggie smell', no sense of being a kennel; it could have been anywhere. The staff was exceptional, the facility spotless; the socialization area very calm and controlled, and they explained everything. I left feeling very comfortable with leaving my precious pet in their hands under any circumstance.

Alexandra and Michelle and the entire staff at Tails are amazing!!I was traveling from out of town and my fur baby, Lucas was welcomed in and very well taken care of for daycare.Thank you so much and we look forward to our next visit!
