We called beforehand and she said we can come anytime on that Friday.. and so we arrived at 11am and we were the only ones there at the time.
She trimmed our cat’s nails while we held her before she washed her. She texted us when she was ready in about 4 hours for pick up, and the total amount we owed which was $85. (Note: price varies with the size and hair length of your pet) When we picked her up she smelled fresh and clean and was calm.
