Heaven is amazing with my hair! I’ve had my hair done by her multiple times, and every single experience has been amazing. She is genuinely so sweet and welcoming and has helped bring my hair back from previous damage while still giving me the results I wanted! ♥
Erika made my hair look and feel amazing. She was great at talking with me about what I wanted and making sure we were on the same page, and she has the skills and knowledge to do it. She showed care in checking how my hair responded during lightening and coloring and adjusted the final toner to get it perfect. She was also looking carefully at my hair before cutting and adjusting how she angled face frames and layers and it turned out beautifully. She's an artist. I'm very happy with my hair!
Kiersten was amazing. She took the time to help understand the look I was trying to achieve. She listened and was patient with me. She even consulted with other color masters for the best course of action for my hair. The ending result was better than I expected. I liked the fact that the owner Ellie walked around and introduced herself and made me feel comfortable. Thank you Kiersten and Ellie! Definitely will be back for my touch ups.
