“If you're visiting the Halifax/Prospect area, definitely stop in to Kaos CrossFit, in Bayer's Lake. The staff are friendly, coaches are fantastic, and the members are welcoming. I had the privilege of spending 3 weeks with this gang, and I can wholeheartedly recommend a visit to their space. I'll be back! Thank you!”
“Sydney is a great massage therapist. She has completed extra classes in several modalities like cupping and myofacial release, that make her treatments more effective and helpful! Not to mention that she’s a great human! Super easy to talk to and kind hearted. Anyone would be lucky to have a massage done by her! She goes above and beyond for her patients.”
“I saw Stephanie Williams at MEND|RX for physiotherapy after developing hip-related pain while weight training. Stephanie was fantastic, promptly arranging x-rays for me which confirmed a diagnosis, and developing a therapy program tailored to my particular needs, including a mix of therapeutic treatments as well as at-home mobility and strength routines. After six sessions over three weeks, I’ve had very positive results. The staff at MEND|RX are courteous and professional, and I would highly recommend their services.”
