Brittany has been an invaluable part of my pregnancy and postpartum experience. Her knowledge of pelvic floor and related physio combined with her empathy and calm demeanour is unmatched. 3 years ago I had my first appointment with Brittany due to severe back pain. At that time I was not able to pick up a 3lb weight. Brittany’s knowledge of body function has amazed me and has done so much for my mind and body. I now work out 2x/wk with Brittany as my physiotherapist/trainer. The 20lb kettle bell is my friend and I feel great with renewed energy as I enter my late 60’s. Thank you for all you do Brittany!!
