I saw Stephanie Williams at MEND|RX for physiotherapy after developing hip-related pain while weight training. Stephanie was fantastic, promptly arranging x-rays for me which confirmed a diagnosis, and developing a therapy program tailored to my particular needs, including a mix of therapeutic treatments as well as at-home mobility and strength routines. After six sessions over three weeks, I’ve had very positive results. The staff at MEND|RX are courteous and professional, and I would highly recommend their services.
I've gone to many physios over the years, and Conner at MENDRX is easily one of the best and most knowledgeable physiotherapists in Halifax! He helped me quickly regain strength and mobility in my shoulder after a paragliding accident. Thanks Conner!
Connor was amazing ! So knowledgeable and he really listened to me and was attentive to the signs my body was giving. He really helped give my neck a solid recovery so I could better utilize the exercises he gave me to keep that recovery!
