I can’t say enough good things about this gym. From day one, the coaches and members have been incredibly friendly and welcoming. It truly feels like a community. Everyone is respectful and supportive, which makes training here a great experience.
The gym itself is very clean and well equipped, with plenty of space for both classes and open gym. The coaches are motivated, knowledgeable, and genuinely make an effort to ensure everyone’s individual needs are met, regardless of experience level.
The location is also a huge plus. I used to train downtown and the traffic was brutal. Getting here is so much easier and stress-free. On top of that, it’s kid- and dog-friendly, which really adds to the relaxed, inclusive vibe.

When we first met with Monk Renovations, our whole-home renovation was still just an idea we were considering. From that very first conversation to the final finishing touches, they were exceptional to work with.
Michael, our project manager, was approachable, understanding, and always quick to answer our questions. Alexandra was wonderful to work with as we finalized the plans, measurements, and finishes. Glen, the lead carpenter on site, treated our home with genuine care and craftsmanship. It was clear that everyone involved took pride in their work.
The quote was detailed and fair, and any changes that came up along the way were discussed openly before work moved forward. There were no unexpected surprises, which gave us a lot of confidence throughout the renovation. The subcontractors they brought in were equally professional, knowledgeable, and respectful.
What started as an unexpected idea last March became our dream downsized home by this May. Renovating my husband's childhood home, in a neighbourhood we both grew up in, was a meaningful project for our family, and we couldn't have chosen a better company to bring that vision to life.
