#1 TJR has done many of my friends and family's roofs and always does an amazing job! I have also been the Project manager and office manager for #1 Triple J Roofing since the company started at the beginning of 2021. They are the most honest, hard working roofers I have ever worked for as I have left a few Roofing company's due to their lack of quality and morals. They ALWAYS stand by their workmanship and the 5-year workmanship warranty, as is evident from all of the 5-star reviews. I can say with confidence that the reviews calling TJR scammers are FALSE. The owners recently let go of a roofer because his workmanship was not up to their standards. So when his wife gets on FB and starts to say they are scammers she should do her research. #1 TJR is hired by many local companies because their quality is so Good. Rhino Roofing is one of those companies. So if Mrs Gallegos thinks Jose Miguel is a "scammer" because the customer said Rhino did her roof through insurance, she is sadly mistaken (the customer doesn't know that Rhino hired #1 TJR to do the roof). Sounds like Mr. Gallegos is a roofer that isn't up to TJR standards so #1 TJR let him go and Mrs Gallegos should probably do some research about which companies hire #1 TJR before trying to bash a great company. Sad that people will make things up to hurt a company just because the company didn't want to give a sub par roofer more work. But it does prove that TJR made the right decision to let the roofer go as this shows his lack of morals. I absolutely love this company and the owners! Just take a look at all of the 5-star reviews and see that the few bad reviews (all from the last couple days) do not match up at all!

As a certified general contractor, the experts handle all aspects of roofing projects with precision and care. They offer 24/7 emergency roof repair and same-day emergency responses.
Customers describe the team as extremely responsive, professional, and honest. One customer noted that unlike other roofers who tried to push unnecessary repairs, Triple J was honest and did not take advantage of a lack of roofing knowledge. The repairs were perfect and done right before a crazy rainstorm. The team was super professional and funny, making customers feel very comfortable. When a customer called in a panic about an AC issue, the team was more than willing to come back to help and walked them through how to fix it.
The crew showed up on time at 7am, started working immediately, took lunch at 12:00, was back exactly at 1:00, and completed the job by 4:00. Customers were very impressed with the quality of workmanship, communication, flexibility, and attention to detail. The company handles metal roofs, shingle roofs, TPO roofing, stucco, and windows. Pricing is reasonable, and financing is very reasonable, making big projects stress-free for budgets. Customers highly recommend this company and would absolutely use them again.
Reviews
I researched a few companies before #1TJR. From the moment Zach first knocked on my door, he was very attentive, and a joy to work with. He worked with my insurance company including the assessor making my life that much easier.
He answered all of my questions. From his business information, to how the process would happen. He offered addresses where I could see the quality of work.
He met me at a site where they were in the middle of a job. I was introduced to the foreman, and two of the three brothers in person, and one on the phone. They graciously offered to meet with me. They were respectful, and answered ALL of my questions.
I was able to see the nice size of their crew, the materials they use, and how clean they work. I was impressed with all! They completed my full roof replacement in one day.
Zach stayed in contact with me through out the entire process, answering my questions at anytime. I felt at ease the entire time and am extremely happy with the result.
I highly recommend #1TJR for any of your roofing needs.
