We had the roof replaced on two of our rental properties over the past ten years or so by Gonzales and Sons. They used various applications; shingle, tar and gravel and TPO as applicable for the type of roof...flat or pitched. All were installed with SUPERB quality and attention to detail. Gonzales and Sons is simply the best and we go nowhere else for our roofing needs. They are prompt, courteous, clean and get the job done quickly. Their truck broke a small section of concrete on one job and they replaced it immediately without any questions or issues whatsoever. Great company!
I examined about 5 different estimates for a reroof layover for my house and my neighbor's house. Gonzales and Sons came in with a thorough and reasonable bid for each job. They told me what day their crew would start, and what to expect. The crew was exactly on time and completed the roof layover in one day! And they cleaned up the yard completely. They have been in business for 30 years, and that counts for a lot in this precarious business environment.
