Great experience working with A Plus to get a full silicone coating over an old modified bitumen flat roof in Eldorado. David explained the product and process thoroughly, Joseph quickly replied to all my questions, and Daniel and his team were punctual, courteous and efficient and worked closely with me to replace the swamp cooler frame. A Plus has deep experience with roofs in my community, and their products appear to be superior to all others. I look forward to their free yearly inspections.

I spent a lot of time on line checking on everything roofing.
I have a 2300 s.f. tar and gravel roof from the 1950's that was reroofed and patched. Decided that a Silicone Roof was better than a complete tear off.
Went with A Plus because of their history of reviews and the fact that all they did was Silicone Roofing.
Joe met me and talked about the process (and what a process it was) and that it would take 5 days or so. His price quote was higher than a different roofers by quite a bit.
I called Joe and with a senior discount and me having a place to store the old scraped gravel, we lowered the price.

A+ did a fantastic job. From the initial estimate through the whole process they were efficient, knowledgeable and easy to work with. The price was fair and the workmen were courteous and left no mess. The finished job looks great and we are looking forward to working with them going forward. Highly recommend
