Based on six customer reviews, Altitude Roofing is a trusted local roofing company in Albuquerque, NM. Customers had a great experience from start to finish. The team was very knowledgeable about roofing and provided detailed quotes with different options based on budget and quality. Communication was amazing throughout the whole process. Debbie was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, answering calls and questions promptly. Kadisha was a wealth of information on how to handle an insurance claim. Staff kept great communication through the whole process, making a big project seem manageable. The work was done wonderfully and with care. For one customer, the roof was repaired and sealed in several places in three days. Another customer had gutters installed, and the install team came on time and left everything clean. Altitude did a great job for an amazing price, and prices are very fair for a full service professional company. Customers would definitely recommend working with them to anyone who wants a contractor that keeps in great communication.
This is literally the best company that we have worked with since moving to New Mexico. We primarily communicated with Bennie. He was SO responsive, transparent and knowledgeable. We got our entire roof redone along with three of our skylights replaced. The team that came out to do the work were incredibly efficient and nice. They did the work in two days and checked in here and there to ask questions to make sure we weren’t inconvenienced in any way. We also had a minor seal around one of the skylights that needed to be fixed after the roof replacement was finished and they sent someone out the day after we called. We are very happy that we selected Altitude roofing to replace our roof. They are a family owned business, and as such they were able to spend the time with us to make sure that all our thoughts, comments and concerns are answered. They walked us through every step of the process. They even helped us (along with their rep Jennifer, who is an absolute gem.) with our fight with the insurance company. Though it didn't work out the way we had hoped, their support and information was invaluable. I would highly recommend Altitude roofing.
Between calling and having the estimate, they were out in a few days. As well after signing the estimate, and having my roof repaired and sealed in serval places, it was 3 day. Altitude did a great job for an amazing price.
