The team was very knowledgeable about roofing and provided detailed quotes with different options based on budget and quality. Communication was amazing throughout the whole process. Debbie was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, answering calls and questions promptly. Kadisha was a wealth of information on how to handle an insurance claim. Staff kept great communication through the whole process, making a big project seem manageable. The work was done wonderfully and with care. For one customer, the roof was repaired and sealed in several places in three days. Another customer had gutters installed, and the install team came on time and left everything clean. Altitude did a great job for an amazing price, and prices are very fair for a full service professional company. Customers would definitely recommend working with them to anyone who wants a contractor that keeps in great communication.
Wow, Wow, I couldn't be happier with the stucco work that Altitude Roofing did on my entire house! They did an amazing job, and the color turned out fantastic, honestly better than I expected. Amazing experience from beginning to end! After getting quotes from several companies, we decided to go with Altitude and are so glad we did. The price was very competitive with others but what really separates them is the communication and customer service. Debbie was very communicative and straight forward about everything. The crew that did the work was professional and quick. Right after they finished my house, I immediately recommended them to my neighbor.
We had our roof redone in May as we were selling the house and it was very old. Debbie was very knowledgeable about exactly how to file an insurance claim, our new roof got covered, and during installation everything was fast and well done. Everyone from altitude was very friendly and professional. If you have an old roof I would definitely give them a call.
