We had them replace a tar roof on our 100 year old adobe apartment building with a new TPO roof. I checked around and their pricing was reasonable plus they put the last roof on that lasted 27 years! They took care of the permits and got to work right away. They did a great job being careful not to damage our old building and made some repairs to the roof deck and structure. They didn't make any mess, didn't bother the tenants and the finished product was a great roof with a guarantee. Luis followed through with all he said they would do and stayed in communication with me throught the project. We intend to use them on all are roofing projects.

We've worked with these guys for years for our house plus the rental. They're courteous, do excellent work and are reasonably priced. They clean up the site after they're done. They get permits when needed and I don't have to ask about that. Now they do maintenance work every few years and I'm quite satisfied that the roof is up to snuff after all these years since the original. Definitely worth checking out!

Thank you Sundance Roofing for the prompt response for proving a quote. L*** worked with me on the various issues I had. He provided a detailed quote and breakdown of each portion of the work to be done and I found the quote to be reasonable. They were able to begin and complete the work quickly and the cleanup was complete. I will contact them again for additional work that I need done. I would mention that I had previously contacted another contractor and was less than impressed with the them. I waited for communication about the quote and finally contacted the company after two months. The quote and scope of work was vague, not the detail that Sundance provided....read full review
