“They do a great job taking care of my girl. My only issue is occasional conflicting information. Example. She was just in for her annual exam. I was told a stool sample wasn't necessary, yet the vet asked for one during the visit.“

“My cat Barbie visited here for the first time on 2/11. I did warn them that she's not the best patient. She went in with out any anti-anxiety meds(old vet weren't give her a single dose). Dr.Patel asked what do you want us to do today? Do what you can....let me tell you him and the two techs were extraordinary. He asked if I wanted to be in the room(it could be extremely stressful for me and her) I stayed. What they got accomplished I couldn't believe. They were extremely caring, keep talking to her and they took the time to listen to me. I don't know why I didn't go there sooner. ?“

After calling several other veterinary offices in the area, this one was not only the most affordable, but by far the most compassionate and thorough. Dr. Peterson and Dr. Rivera are both incredible. They take their time, patiently answer every question, and address every concern without ever making you feel rushed. That level of care is rare and so appreciated.

The ladies who work alongside them are just as wonderful — you can genuinely tell they love what they do and the animals they care for. It makes such a difference.

I brought two of my bearded dragons here (bless their souls) and my beautiful Sulcata Tortoise here and she’s taken good care of them and shares the same passion for exotics and reptiles like I do. She isn’t the typical arrogant Doctor that claims to know it all, she isn’t afraid to tell you she doesn’t know something and she’ll do a lot of research to give you the right information about how to treat your animal. “If I could give one million stars, I would. This place was truly a godsend. My dog suffers from random ear infections and we recently moved to the area. We were tired of commuting to our old vet, so we searched for something local and came across this office. The reviews immediately stood out and they absolutely did not disappoint.

The doctor and the entire staff were amazing. My dog is usually anxious and ready to run out the door, but this time he genuinely did not want to leave. Between the treats, the calm energy, and how kind and patient everyone was, they made him feel completely comfortable. They also got us in for a same day appointment, which meant so much.

“Dr. Rubenstein has been our Veterinarian for our cats and dog since 1989 and if we ever get another pet, their first visit would be to Victory Veterinary Practice. He used his skillful hands, not scans, to examine and diagnose. He’s gentle, yet got the job done. I wish some human physicians would use the hands-on approach, rather than treating lab work and tests. Can I give Dr Rubenstein 6 stars? ??????“

“I found a cat in the street a couple months ago that looked like she needed quick attention so took her straight here to get her looked at and checked for a microchip. The staff and Dr. Murtha were super nice and very helpful, and since she wasn't microchipped I decided to keep her. The office helped me set up her checkup appointments to get her vaccines and eventually get spayed. The surgery went smooth and she healed up quickly and now she's looking so much healthier and happier than ever. A big thank you to Dr. Murtha and the staff.“

“I’m in tears actually, as I post this!! All 6’3” and 425lbs of tattooed and pierced burly bearded man, that I am!! This place must have been blessed by Jesus- these staff members, vet techs, vets, and all the above r literally going to have mansions in heaven!! I had rescued these two fur babies from a bad situation/ not a shelter or rescue place- a cold backyard in the hood inside a 30 something inch rusty foldable wire crate they could barely lay down in together!! They hadn’t eaten all day at least- who knows why, at only 18 months old (if that’s really how old they r) someone would abandon them??? I was told they were show dogs?? Did they lose a show? Where they too much to love or handle? Who know who cares but I came to the rescue!! Even tho I’m on a fixed income receiving SSI for my mental and physical health- which I wasn’t always this way- and NO ONE within several miles of me wanted to help!! I had blew over $300 I didn’t have sending my bank account under negative by hundreds and THIS PLACE HELPED ME WHEN NO ONE ELSE WOULD!! I don’t have pet insurance and no credit thing or funding thing will help me cause credit wise I don’t exist!! BUT THEY DID!! They worked with me so I could ensure they got their shots and dewormer- I now have another issue and the vet place I went to by me charged me over $3000 JUST TO SEE WHATS GOING ON!! This place quoted me less than or about half that!! And said they’d still work with me and also help me find resources to make it happen!! I love these dogs and I like them needed a second chance and for someone to take a chance on me and they need that too!! But as much as I love my babies if I had to surrender then or one of them so they COULD get the help they need I would do whatever I have to so that they’re ok!! I’m not selfish!! But I do wanna keep my babies as they’re r and we’re bonded to each other and now to me as well!! And they’ve been through enough!! They deserve the best in life!! And I thank and bless everyone at the VIP Animal Hospital here in Elizabeth- and soon will find out how the Wayne location is cause they’re closer to where I live!! But I must say so far my experience has been nothing but a blessing!!! Thank God there’s still decent ppl in the world!!“

“What an incredible bunch of people. We brought our kitten in to be neutered and the staff were so helpful. We never felt like we were being rushed. Everything was explained to us, from the moment we got there to the time we would be back to pick him up.
The first animal hospital I've been to that didn't smell like a giant litter box full of wet dogs.
If you have a choice, I highly recommend making the people at Plainfield Animal Hospital a part of your pets life. You won't be disappointed.

They treat my baby Luna as if it was their own. They are so knowledgeable and compassionate and really take the time to make sure that I understand every diagnosis. I've had some difficult times lately with my pug but they sit and explain until I am comfortable .I truly would never go anywhere else.“
