Sayrebrook Veterinary Hospital provides excellent medical care to its patients in a cooperative and happy environment. The hospital's staff, including Dr. Toolen, are friendly, caring, and attentive, taking the time to answer all questions and address concerns. Dr. Toolen has received praise for going above and beyond to care for pets, such as following up to ensure their well-being. The facility is clean and well-equipped to handle various types of pets, including exotics. Patients and their owners feel comfortable and safe, even during challenging times like the pandemic. The hospital's prices are reasonable, and the team's dedication to providing ideal comfort and well-being shines through in their work. Many clients appreciate the technicians for their swift and seamless service, especially when administering monthly injections for allergies. However, some clients wish for more appointment availability on weekends to reduce waiting times.
They offered me a very reasonable price to see my guinea pig. Also, Dr C was great. I felt like they really liked my guinea pig and cared about him. That means a lot. Also the doctor returned my call to make sure I was administering my guinea pig's meds correctly. It feels really good to know my guinea pigs now have a good doctor to go to.
Very experienced vets that we've worked with, Dr. Chiosi and Dr. Toolen. They are also kind and compassionate. We started going over 10 years ago. Thank you for taking care of our fur babies!
