With all things considered, it was our 1st time there and when we arrived the fire and police department were there because of a water leak that may have caused a spark. Our appt was for 2:30pm and we were not seen til about 3:10pm. We totally understood that there was an emergency so we were patient. However, all though the Vet was very nice and even spoke Spanish so my mom could understand her, she seemed to take things in stride and seemed to work in slow motion. The waiting room has only a few seats, so because they were running behind schedule, the place was super packed! Ppl were waiting standing up. We just moved to the area & found this vet for our senior dog. The vet is fantastic! She accessed our dog, who is old & difficult, found out she displaced her shoulder, popped it back in place, and recommended Lazor treatment. They do the Lazor treatment in office, painless & quick and after 2 weeks of Lazor treatment, our dog is good as new. She couldn’t even walk without yelping now she’s completely back to normal like nothing happened. We could not be more pleased with the service. Highly recommend this place!
