“I have been going to Plainfield Animal Hospital for years. I had a cat that needed to be put down. A very hard decision for me to make. When I called my vet on a Wednesday the woman told me she couldn't give an appointment til Friday. This was so unacceptable. They wanted my cat to suffer for two days. I called Piscataway Animal Clinic and they took me that very day. Not even knowing my cat they treated him with so much kindness and compassion. In his time of need they were there for him. Isn't that what Vets are suppose to do. Thank you.”

My dog is usually anxious and ready to run out the door, but this time he genuinely did not want to leave. Between the treats, the calm energy, and how kind and patient everyone was, they made him feel completely comfortable. “I found a cat in the street a couple months ago that looked like she needed quick attention so took her straight here to get her looked at and checked for a microchip. The staff and Dr. Murtha were super nice and very helpful, and since she wasn't microchipped I decided to keep her. The office helped me set up her checkup appointments to get her vaccines and eventually get spayed. The surgery went smooth and she healed up quickly and now she's looking so much healthier and happier than ever. A big thank you to Dr. Murtha and the staff.”

“Dr. Shendell and her team always go above and beyond for our fur babies. We have been through atleast four vets before we came across Dr. Shendell & Dr. Weltner. Both are great, kind and caring veterinarians! My wife and I are both nurses and let me tell you, these guys are the best that we've been to in Jersey so far (location wise). Dr. Shendell and Dr. Mooney did surgery twice on my 21 year old alien baby (Biff). They gave us an extension with him for which I am forever grateful. DO NOT second guess yourself or the people here! They are awesome and my wife and I will NEVER stop coming here.....unless we move...or get abducted by my new boy's alien family...Shhh...don't tell the Feds!”

“The staff are very sweet and my dog and I were very comfortable with the vet. I’m a first time dog owner with a two year old cockapoo. Our previous vet shamed me for not wanting to spay her and give certain vaccinations. The vet here assured me that spaying her is not necessary and we set up a schedule to do minimal vaccinations that I felt comfortable with. He also gave us a recipe to start her on a real food diet which the previous vet told me to only feed dry kibble which I felt wasn’t healthy. Overall, I am very happy to have found them and feel my dog is in the best of hands! I just wish I found them sooner. Prices are reasonable, no upselling”

I've contacted this place out of desperation no other groomers would schedule me an appointment until the end of May. I have a Shih Tzu, As some may know their hair grows long and wild. If it's not maintained they can get matted fairly easily. Sadly that is what happened so the original groomers didn't want to hurt him and suggested that he needed a med”
