They are super friendly to begin with. The doctor was very professional and gave me a comprehensive run down of the situation with my cat, expectations and recovery. They were very efficient and did the surgery on the same day as the consultation. I'm very satisfied with their expertise and service.

Took my old 21 year old family dog here today. (Yes 21 long eventful human years!) I called and they just so happened to have an opening in 2 hours. Our dog was living her last few days in pain and it was time for her to go to heaven and be in peace. The staff especially Dr. Ottosen was very compassionate and was very gentle with our girl. They were very thoughtful and I liked how they respected our time with our dog and even told us we can leave out the back if we wanted (so we wouldn’t have to see the other happy dogs in the waiting room.) The visit was quick and we had great service! The vet and vet tech were so friendly and helpful. They got on the floor with my dog and gave him lots of love and treats. I appreciated the gesture!
