Matt and his team were kind, professional, and a pleasure to work with. I had a difficult time finding someone willing to remove an old AC condenser without installing a new one, so I really appreciated that Matt was willing to take on the job.
He sent a team of two young men who were polite, respectful, and took the time to explain the scope of the work before getting started. They completed the job efficiently and made the entire process easy.

Had an issue with low flow/warmer temps and frozen coils; the lady who set up my appointment was very kind and attentive. MJM sent Hudson the following day who was very professional though I did expect to get a more experienced technician. He was around for 4 hours, noted slightly low pressures on the low side (of note, outside temps in low 70s) and recommended recharging with coolant and trying a sealant without confirming a leak (leak search quoted at $2k). I spent ~$600 on the services despite it not fixing any of the issues, and was told the next step would be TXV replacement, without checking whether the valve was actually stuck or checking the capacitor.
