Needed a replacement water heater right away when ours broke. Our home protection policy covered it and the carrier referred the work to Guaranteed Mechanical. After I called and spoke to Manny who finalized the carrier's approval and scheduled the replacement the next day at 9 am. It was a very heavy heater (75 gal.) and the two mechanics worked all day to complete the job, successfully hauling the old one (very heavy) up up a narrow flight of stairs and bringing the new one down. I have been using Guaranteed Mechanical for my HVAC needs/issues since I have become a home owner (about 7 years). They have yet to let me down. I would recommend them to anyone. They are on point with their estimates, the amount of time it takes complete the job, and they know what they are doing. What I especially like is that they take the time to explain what is going on so a man like me with very little HVAC knowledge can understand the situation at hand. Thanks you guys for all your hard work! A+ in my book.
