“I want to mention that I was really very pleased with Dr. Richard Rosa’s treatment of me. And the knee replacement surgery went very well. I was already walking with walker the day after and without aid a couple of weeks after. Recovery going really well. I will soon need the other knee done. It’s also bone on bone, and pain is starting. A surgery is a lot to go through, but I know I will need it next year. I told Dr. Rosa not to retire before he does my left knee as well. We already had it scheduled for November 4th, but he postponed it because the pain was minimum at that time, and that we can always do it later when lots of pain. Everything was like robotic. I liked how he came to see me before and after the surgery to go over stuff. My trust in him is Total! Roland“

“The facility was super clean, and I loved that they had mask in the front for patients. I was the first and only patient in the morning so there was no wait which was a plus. The medical assistant and APN were great. My only negative experience was with the lady at the front desk with the dreads. She had a nasty attitude & she wasn’t hospitable at all! When dealing with patients you should always be pleasant and polite. I’ve been working In healthcare for almost 14 years now and front desk office staff are the first people you see when being checked in & that interaction should always be positive. Thankfully everyone else was amazing, I’d definitely come back despite the mean lady at the front.“

“This facility is great. The doctor is amazing. He takes the time to explain every thing. The imaging report for my knee was explained in great detail and a treatment plan put in place. My knee currently feels better, I can walk without favoring putting weight only on one side. I highly recommend Spine And Joint pain center. All of the Medical and clerical staff are always very kind, polite, and courteous.“

She was super sweet and deserves the world, doctor Cheng assistant me quickly and calmly diagnosing the pain and easing it off all in 20 minutes I will be coming here more often.
