The facility itself is great but the billing practices makes it so i wont ever come back here. I came here after verifying it was in network with my insurance company. A couple months later i received a 500 dollar bill because despite the facility being in network the doctor was not. Nobody ever informed me. So i basically am being forced to pay 500 for a covid test and a conversation with a doctor who couldnt even do anything because i was pregnant.Edit: I did hear back from this location almost immediately after posting this and wanted to post an update. I highly recommend this urgent care facility. I was in extreme pain and humiliated after being refused service from the AFC Urgent Care in Short Hill, NJ on 704 Morris Tpke. They have a variety of services and excellent customer service.

I had a really good experience today with the Urgent care. The front desk lady that registered my son was super nice and accommodating. We got in quickly. Later the two young ladies swabbing my son in the examination room were gentle and kind. They spoke directly to my 9 year old son which I appreciated and they did it in an age appropriate way. The doctor was patient, professional and efficient. I would definitely come back here with my family. This is a great place.
