I decided to go to Urgent Care after my ring would not come off my finger. I checked in and was seen right away. I was seen by Dr Li, NP Mahmoud and Jared. They were so pleasant and patient. They evaluated the ring and found the proper instruments that could remove the ring.As they were attempting to remove it, they were extremely compassionate and asked kept asking if I was comfortable. I felt no pain and they got the ring off in a matter of minutes. Highly recommend!
Upon entering Atlantic Advanced Urgent Care of Clark, I was greeted with a friendly and most welcoming person by the name of Nala. She is the face you want to great you. Nala put me at ease. Then Tina RN brought me into a room . She too was so friendly and caring as she took my history and reason for my visit. Next Dr Van Pelt is fantastic. He didn’t rush, he listened to me , my concerns and involved me in my treatment . I felt so comfortable w him. What impressed me too was he started my medicine right in the office. Nadia RN brought it to me. She was also so kind and caring.

We had a great experience at this facility. Especially nurse Mike and Dr. Sennett. They were patient, listened and really heard what we were telling them. They held our hand, and really went above and beyond. Thank you.
