Optum is the best urgent care facility that we have ever been to! They ALL treated us with respect, courtesy, and kindness, as usual. The front desk staff is ALWAYS understanding and sweet! The nurses and doctors are always great listeners, extremely compassionate, and always make sure I understand everything during and after my care. I couldn't ask for a better staff and I promise you will not be disappointed. Also, there's usually a very short wait, even shorter if you go early in the morning. You can also call ahead and ask if it's busy or not. ???☺️??
I’m so glad I went to seek treatment at Riverside Urgent Care of Watchung. I was seen right away, the facility is clean and COVID compliant. The front end staff are polite and courteous. The medical staff were amazing and I’m very happy to be on the road to recovery ❤️
Optum urgent care is a good place for your needs. I went there to have my drug test done. infact they were very nice to me and it didn't take long time to get it done. I recommend this place for your urgent care needs.
