CityMD Watchung Urgent Care- New Jersey

I again wasted my time going to City MD in Watchung!!! My sister has medical transportation so I cannot just go from one urgent care to another and even though the aide called ahead of time to make sure they were open and had a functioning doctor when we got there no technician for the X-ray machine, the doctor just told us to go to the ER!!! We are now coming home after a very long day!! The doctor said the Urgent Care doctor could of taken care of us!!! They did an X-ray and sent us home with antibiotics!!! Good bye Urgent Care MD at Watchung!!! One wasted day!!!

My experience at this urgent care was awesome...I came around 445pm just abt the time that they will.close at 5pm, but the attention was excellent, .Dr El....(forgot the name) the physician who saw me was so knowledgeable, he looked at my history from last.time I was there , he gave me an antibiotic that I'm supposed to have because the pharmacy was close at that.time.Im really thankful for that.Keep up the excellent job that you are doing at this urgent care.You are really helping people!!

I have been here quite a few times this year - as a patient and with my kids and husband, all for a variety of things. Today I saw Dr Santos, I have seen him before. He is always attentive, kind and thorough. I am personally so comfortable and confident about the care and advice we receive at this office. Front desk - cleaning kiosk and smiling, greeting me as I entered. Great nurse, also very thorough and informative. Feel so fortunate to have this office and team so close to home! Thank you thank you!
