“Been coming here since they first open they have change staff a couple of times but everyone is awesome sweet place is spotless clean. But what I will say is the last staff that they did have maybe in the summertime was very rude that was the first time I have ever experienced anything like that other than that this place is definitely a place to come to and very quick.“
“My experience here (was a first at this location in New Dorp, Staten Island), and it was by far the best experience I’ve ever had at a CityMD. I was first greeted by a very nice receptionist who guided me to use the kiosk to check in. Once that was done, I was called up by the other really sweet receptionist (within the next minute), and assisted me with locating my insurance member ID #, as I completely forgot to bring my card with me. As I was trying to help locating it on my phone, she was able to locate it within a few minutes, and assisted me with the remainder of the check-in process. She assured me everything was good and to have a seat, as I would be called up shortly. Sure enough, within the next 2 minutes, I was called in by a wonderful MA (I believe her name was Kathy, I truly hope it’s right as she deserves the most recognition she can get). She assisted with my BP, pulse, temperature, and a rapid Covid test (in which she performed extremely quick and comfortably). She also had a bunch of conversations with me about many different things, and kept the environment super chill and relaxed. I was beyond grateful for that, because we all know how awkward those rooms can get. We were then joined by PA Michail, who did the PCR Covid test, and did it with such precision, quickness, and finesse, I barely felt it. Everything was also documented to the T, and I was really impressed with the service I received. Before getting up to get my jacket on, MA Kathy asked if I needed a Dr.’s note for work/school, and I thought that was super considerate. If I do ever need to go to an Urgent Care in the future, I can GUARANTEE this will be the place I go to. And if anyone asks for recommendations, this will be the place I recommend. Thank you, all, for the service you’ve provided me, and continue to provide your patients! As a Front Desk/Administrative Staff from a huge hospital, I know amazing service when I get one! You guys are beyond commendable and immensely appreciated! ?❤️“
