I have had good experiences for many years with this Urgent Care. They are very professional and thorough and I have always felt confident in the doctors.Appointments are usually easily available and I have never had a long wait. The office operates much more efficiently and conveniently than the group practice where I used to go.
I received incorrect information frm the HCP. When I informed her that my cyst needed an injection of medication she told me that she couldn’t do it because of the location (face). I’m not in healthcare but I knew this is something doctors do so I was shocked when she told me that it wasn’t a thing. She also told me to put a warm compress when in actuality that is the opposite thing to do. I went to a doctor’s office the next day & was properly treated (with drainage & an injection). I also called before I went and was told they can treat my condition.
I have conflicting feelings, the support staff are hit-or-miss, for example if I need an appointment, call and get Fatima I'm going to have an easy time getting seen because I'll know if it's busy, which provider is in, what time of day is best to be seen quickly etc. If I get someone else I'm screwed or likely to stay on holdIn regards to bed manners Dr. Aziz is a graduate of the School of Hard Knocks, he's rude, but whenever I've needed help he's been there. If I need a week off for a shoulder injury he'll give me 3 or 4 days but when I go to the ER it'll take 6 hours to be seen only to get 1-2 days off so, you win some you lose some.
