My initial call to the main telephone number was received by someone who answered with respectful questions about how they could be of service. I told them we were in Florida and wanted to keep my Mommy with me forever. I was informed that it was not possible, but they definitely could bring my Mommy back from Florida without a problem. Low and behold, COOL was back in NJ in no time. Plinton-Curry made contact to a minimum but completed all tasks beyond exceptional: the care of the body, contract for arrangements, programs including an online link on the day of the services, a day before viewing, and Homegoing Service, and calls afterward to check in on our family and to see if we need anything, even way after the bill was satisfied.
