My mother passed away on February 11 this year. It was not expected, and we had to move quickly to make arrangements for the wake, funeral, and burial. Dan was an absolutely fantastic funeral director for us, and I can confidently recommend working with McCriskin-Gustafson for any memorial services.Dan was very patient, understanding of our needs, willing to offer advice, and most of all - very responsive to us over phone or email as we prepared everything for the services. If we had a question or a concern, he made sure to provide us with a timely and thorough response, even in the moment during the wake, funeral, and burial.

This place is amazing. The personal touch from Jim Gustafson and the staff makes you feel warm and fuzzy from the first moment you arrive. This is truly a family business and every detail is addressed from A to Z painlessly. Unfortunately, I've had 3 family members services here and all were 5 stars plus. I will continue to use them and refer them.They truly treat you and your loved one's like family and really care about you.
