From the moment they took my beloved mother into their care at the hospital until her final resting place, they treated her with extraordinary dignity, respect, and compassion. During one of the most painful times in our lives, they gave us comfort simply by the way they cared for her. They handled every detail with such gentleness and professionalism that it truly felt as though they were caring for one of their own family members.
Burying a deceased person is never easy, especially your own family member, my grandmother in this case, who was more than just my grandmother, she was my second mother and my father since my biological father was never there for me. In times where family members are the most vulnerable, this funeral home is not only compassionate and patient, but very meticulous throughout the process between transporting my grandmother from the morgue in South Jersey all the way up to their funeral home but also to the cemetery where she is buried with my uncle, where they can meet again and enjoy the afterlife. The care they gave my mother’s body was beyond anything we could have hoped for. They prepared her with such attention to every detail. She looked peaceful, beautiful, and so much like herself. Her makeup was soft and natural, her appearance was immaculate, and it was obvious that every step was done with love, patience, and respect. Knowing she was treated with such tenderness brought to my son and I a sense of peace that we will never forget.
