Starting with the day my mom was picked up, the care and meticulous manner that was performed to wrap my mother in such a respectful way was beautiful.The first meeting with John Houston was as easy going and comfortable as we could have ever asked for. He was very detailed with information and extremely understanding of our unexpected situation.He introduced my 2 sisters and I to Denise and Kyla who would further help us with arrangements but John made sure we understand he'd be a phone call away if need be.Denise and Kyla were very knowledgeable and down to earth. They weren't overly consoling which we appreciated. Their energy, consistantly realigned with ours on a day to day basis. If a hug, a chuckle, a ear to just listen was needed it was given.John proved he was a master at his craft when he styled my mother. We explained in detail my mother called herself "handsome" and using photos we provided he did not fail us at all. He is scrupulous when it comes to his work. BRAVO!This family-oriented funeral home was nothing less than a Blessing to my sisters and I in handling our dear moms "going home" celebration. My all family lives in Poland, only my in USA.
