“My washer stopped draining. Joe came out diagnosed the problem (control board) ordered a new one and came back within two days and fixed it. It worked great for about 4 months until issues arose. Upsetting to say the least. Joe came back again and gave us a full education as to the workings of GE washing machine, checked it over thoroughly and made sure it was working properly. He spent at least an hour here. Many thanks to Craig the owner who didn't even charge us for that second house call. I was glad to pay. (Okay, maybe not gladly) Forget the big box stores, I will be going here the next time I need any appliances. You don't find excellent customer service like this anymore.”
