“I won't use anyone, except for Appliance Master from now on! I was so frustrated with another (un-named) service company to assist with our broker fridge. This fridge is a high end, True Residential line fridge - and after 6 years, it stopped working. Our technician, Patrick - was amazing. The guy knows his stuff, works hard - and get this, when he first arrived to make the diagnosis, he said he could be one of two things, one was a pretty cheap part, the other far more expensive. He ordered both parts. When he installed the panel board (the cheap part) the fridge kicked on and worked perfectly. He handed us the good news that this was only a $240 fix on our painfully expensive $7,000 fridge. He could have easily installed both, charged more and we would have been none the wiser. In a world where companies are getting acquired by private equity firms and turning into faceless corporations only out for profit, I'm so happy to see that there are ethical, honest professional service people out there. Patrick is the man - and I'll be quick to call Appliance Master again and ask for him by name in the future.
