A BIG thank you. While it turned out they do not service my type of appliance (trash compactor), they were kind enough to refer me to another company that does. It only took them 30 seconds to pass along that helpful info, but it likely saved me at least an hour of frustration.
Called to get a price for a service call and John walked me through the problem with my refrigerator and how to fix it so I didn't need a service call. Doesn't get much better than that. Actually called me the next morning to see how I made out. Will definitely refer him to anyone that has appliance problems
