Our washing machine wouldn't drain yesterday and I contacted Aaxon thru Angies list Sunday night. Chris called me first thing Monday morning and was able to be at my home before noon and had drain pump replaced in 30 minutes. Fast, friendly, affordable and complete service, I will call Axxon for future ac and heating service!

Chris, one of the owners picked up my call this morning and scheduled our refrigerator for repair the same day. He called prior to arriving, arrived on-time and diagnosed the problem quickly. In an era with long lead times on many repair parts, Aaxon had the spare part on their truck and quickly swapped it out. They also handled the warranty paperwork with LG, our refrigerator manufacturer. All-in-all, a fantastic experience and I highly recommend Aaxon to other potential customers. Wow! Best price, best service I have ever had. He was focused took his time and showed me all my issues. I got a 2nd opinion and a 3rd. Each time aaxon was cheaper. I have no issues recommending them and will be using them for future services.
