Just want to say thank you so incredibly much to Todd & his team!! My AC shut down during record high temps, they came out same day, figured out what was wrong super quick, managed to located the part needed which mind you was all the way in Burlington.. instead of waiting for it to be shipped they picked it up, & the tech is on his way!! I’m just in awe.. to find a company that still provides that personal hands on get it done approach is just amazing!!! I truly appreciate you guys!!!Update: “Michael the amazing” which is what I’m calling him.. replaced the motor in record time & the AC is running again!!!
