Fantastic experience. From fixing the fancy built-in refrigerator to figuring out that the dishwasher wasn't working because the installation company screwed up, this company is absolutely the best.After they fixed my problem, in both cases, the tech stayed to be sure the appliance was behaving properly and gave me tips on things I could do to optimize performance.It is very easy to make an appointment with them and I honestly feel it is the one call I need to make when something breaks.Great office/scheduling, best field techs. I rate them a 12 out of 10.Thanks to my neighbor who recommended them.

Everything was great from start to finish. I dealt with a woman named Kathy from the first contact all the way until the end. She answered all of my questions, and was easy to deal with. The technician was Fred. He replaced the cover on the washing machine faster than I could get in and out of the shower, lol. He was also on time and 10 minutes early first thing in the morning. Highly recommend!

Excellent response to my request for service for Miele dishwasher. Scheduled visit in a very acceptable/reasonable timeframe. Scheduled a 2 hour window. Called me 1/2 hour before showing up in the window and on time. Quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. I'm thrilled to find an honest, reliable appliance repair company.
