I had limited weight training experience before Miguel, there is no need to be intimidated. Above all else, he prioritizes good form. I’m challenged whenever we meet, but never feel beat up the next day. I also now have a set of workouts to do on my own.
He is an endearing combination of OG Bushwick, total nerd, and new Dad. His work ethic and drive are infectious, he’s up at like 4am to train everyday.
While the expense of hiring a trainer might feel indulgent, the ROI, especially when discounted against future healthcare expenses is well worth it. Plus, you’ll get hotter.“

I was shocked and deeply saddened to hear that Dr Press passed away.
Dr Press was the best chiropractor I’ve ever been to. Following a hip operation I was having issues still with pelvic tilt and very spazzy hip flexors. Over the course of several appointments, Dr Press relieved much of the tension. It was Dr Press that showed me how vital the illiacus and soas muscles were to getting the most out of the operation I had.
Above all Dr Press was just a great guy. Always smiling and joking and it was always a pleasure to come to the office.

I started seeing him to deal with a persistent lumbar pain dating back to my early 20s. I just turned 50 and feel in the best shape I have been in decades. My back is strengthened and I now feel confident in moving this body! The progress has been slow and steady, so you must be patient. He is not a traditional chiropractor, there is no cracking or abrupt manipulation, instead his adjustments are with a gentle touch. I think of his treatment as the intersection between chiropractic and energy healing (not to sound woo-woo). As a very important bonus, his office staff is courteous and very patient, one is always greeted with kindness. On occasion there is a longer wait time but, from time to time I've been the patient he must keep for a bit longer so I appreciate him taking the time to help others when they need it.“
