I cannot recommend this training program highly enough. Nancy has done an excellent job creating a safe, welcoming space, and I was never training with more than one other person in the studio, which made the experience feel very private. Atara is a fantastic trainer, full of energy and able to tailor each workout to how I was feeling and what I wanted to focus on. No two days were the same, which kept things engaging. Most importantly, I was able to stick with the program for a full year, longer than I ever have before, and I feel much stronger as a result.
I have been training here for several months and would strongly encourage you to give it a try if you are on the fence. The gym has a very welcoming atmosphere - no gymtimidation here. Nancy is a fantastic trainer and I cannot recommend her enough!!
