“Roto Rooter came out to my house after the toilet when flushed was leaking into the basement. First a supervisor responded to ensure the tech would be able to handle the job. He took a Quick Look in the basement and said what it likely was. A technician followed about 20 minutes later and let me tell you this guy was exceptional. Lenny Colon reiterated what the supervisor said, and quickly took care of the problem. Left some recommendations for the future and thanked me for my military service.
