My tech. was Tom. Would highly recommend both the company and and tech previously mentioned. He was very nice (which we all know is the main focus) and he also knew his stuff. And let me know what to look out for in the future. Customer services from the office 10. Customer service from the tech (Tom) 10.
The plumber shared his knowledge of the problem areas and recommended a product to keep the pipes from getting buildup. Friendly guy and good discount. I would use Roto Rooter again because of the service I had.
Called Roto Rooter at approximately 1pm, was told the tech would be out between 2-4pm on the same day. He arrived sometime after 2pm, diagnosed the problem and attempted to unclog the lines. At this point I was advised that there was something wedged in the toilet causing the clog, was given an estimate on the spot for the replacement. We are completely satisfied with not only the quick response, but also the repair work that was done.
