Not only was the service provided exceptional with a quick response time, the customer service was outstanding as well. Dave and Kellen were more than a pleasure to work with. I had plumbers damage my basement including a finished room with sewage water and from the first phone call to Dave, the service provided was outstanding. Dave, Kellen, and the team were very compassionate and kind during a very stressful time.

A friend recommended Advanced Restoration after my shop flooded from a storm on July 4th. They came right out and carefully moved around the product in my shop themselves, drying out the space and providing a thorough assessment. They arranged to have the new flooring installed for me and made it super simple. They were SO patient when I had to cancel and reschedule due to some logistical issues, and even installed the floor while I was out of town! I came back to a perfectly restored shop.
