My summer home had over a foot of stagnant water in the basement. After a search, I was contacted by Dave from ARG within minutes. The next day, the process began. The plan was simple but detailed. It was all explained clearly. Chris had his crew deliver an emptied basement surface. They then left me with the basement drying for a couple of days. During that time, Dave followed up to ensure the project was moving forward in a positive manner. That was a nice touch. Within a few days the basement was dry and treated. Their care and concern was comforting and encouraging. Their work was thorough and complete. One of the most professional services that I have dealt with in years. Just like the good old days! You can call around but you will never find a better company to deal with, Called Dave and he came right over, He clearly explained the process to my mother, who is 84 years old. Her condo was flooded when the upstairs water heater went. They took care of dealing with the insurance company, showed up when they said they would and made everything better then before, The nicest people we have ever worked with. My mom was very comfortable with everyone who came in to work, which for me was important because of her age and not being able to be there, Dave, Chris, Evan and Frank you guys are awesome. I can not thank you enough for all you did. You all get five stars from me.

Dave and his team were Amazing!!! We had a leak in our bathroom and I called Advanced and Dave came over within a half hour. The next day his team came in and mitigated the situation.
