“My day was Blessed after Troy from Restoration Partners came with his associate. I saw mold forming on the bottom of one of my basement walls and immediately panicked as I had a major issue with mold in my basement after two flooding issues previously. I was preparing myself for the worst expecting to hear that major demolishing would be needed and the mold was even more severe than I imagined.To my surprise I was informed by Troy after his inspection that my walls were dry and the mold was just on the surface. Hearing that was enough to Bless me but I was Blessed even further. Troy assured me no demolishing was necessary. He went to his truck and came back with a solution that he and his associate sprayed on my wall and just like that the mold was gone.What drew me to Restoration Partners was a review that I read prior to calling them. “Repsher Restoration came highly recommended from a family friend. I am based out of De and new it would be a struggle for them to drive every day. They came in on a house smoke damage job from 2/2/22, when my original contactor fell through on 4/1/22. Repsher did my house from top to bottom, painting, flooring, new kitchen, new roof and more. They fought for what was needed with my insurance company and made sure the job was complete. He staff was on top of the job every step of the way. Get this, the owner(Jason) actually was on the job(that almost never happens) Kudos to Repsher and I will def be using them in the future.“

Got a verbal estimate quickly, and set up a time for the repair. Work proceeded promptly by Cynthia and Francesco, who explained what they were going to do, and did it thoroughly. They meticulously inventoried the damaged items, and provided a listing as well as over 100 pictures. After the work was completed, the invoice was actually LESS than the estimate! How often does that happen?As a very satisfied customer, I would call them again, without reservation , if i had the misfortune to need their services. Highly recommended!“

“DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!! ***** MUST READ TILL THE END!!Marc Pressman came to my house and brought his looseleaf with him. He had all kinds of docs saying that he was the best. I took him down to my newley finished basement and showed him exactly where the water was coming from. He said "no problem, we are experts and can fix this guaranteed". He took my deposit and sent his team down. Michael was the man working on the job. Super nice guy, very clean and looking to do minimal damage to the floor ( he would be better off starting his own company). They installed the drain and the pump and told me my water problems were over.A couple of months later we had a couple of days of solid rain and the basement was flooded again!! I thought maybe the pump didn't work so I took the cover over the tank and it was bone dry!. The water never even went into the tank. Immediately I called the company and got a message " Due to severe weather conditions no one is available to take your call...leave a message." Three days later my message was returned . They sent someone to the house and he said ,well everything is dry now so I cant really tell where the water came in from. Lets wait till it happens again and then I"ll come back. Sure enough last week it rained like crazy and my basement was flooded again. Immediately I called Marc Pressman and he said I cant help you, you need to call the office. I told him I guess you only take the peoples money otherwise you cant help. So I called the office right away sent them pictures, and told them to send someone down asap so they can trace the water. Its been 5 days now and they never called back and of course the water subsided by now.DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND WON"T SERVICE YOU WHEN THINGS DON"T WORK!!!.... I WILL CONTINUE TO POST NEGATIVE REVIEWS AND REPORT THEM TO BBB AND CONSUMER AFFAIRS UNTIL THEY MAKE THINGS RIGHT.Follow up to a past review.A couple of weeks ago I sent out a review stating DON'T USE THESE GUYS. Since then I was contacted by John the owner of the business and he sincerely wanted to solve the issue. He sent down one of his top men Mike Schmanek Sr. who has 18 years of experience and within minuets he spotted the problem. In less than a week he was back with his team to solve the problem....as Mike said "let it rain hard because we have you covered." His determination to get the job done and done right is a testament to him and the company. Hopefully his experience will pay off and I will have a dry basement. Once again I cant emphasize enough about the care and cleanliness he displayed for my property.will follow up again after a good rainstorm hopefully able to report some great news.Thank you John and Mike for your diligence in making this right.UPDATE JAN. 8 2014John and the crew turned out to be very good and reliable. I even recommended them to 2 of my very close friends. At the end of the day when everything was said and done i was very satisfied with the work and have a dry basement after a few good rain showers.“

“Mark 1 rebuilt our home after a house fire and they did a great job. The quality of the work is outstanding, especially the finish work like the tile work, wood flooring, painting, cabinet installation, etc. We've now been through a renovation with our vacation home in another state, which was a nightmare, so now we realize how lucky we were to have Mark 1. The only negative is that it took twice as long to move back in as originally estimated, but I'd been warned by others that contractors always underestimate the time it will take for the work so we were prepared for that. With regard to the other reviews, people either give a 1 or a 5 so it makes me wonder if there is an A team and a B team and I happened to get the A team. I'm very grateful.“
