I have owned multiple homes since I was 21 yrs old. Never had to use home owners insurance , didn't even know how to. Unfortunately I had a fire recently. I used Guardian Ajustment Service . Let me tell you , Marc Milstein is one of the best human beings I have had the good fortune of getting to know. Marc knows his business , he dealt with everything from start to finish and kept me updated and feeling positive thru the whole horrible ordeal. Marc is on top of his game, very professional..We just got back into our home and it's as good as new. So recently my hot water heater turned my basement into a combination sauna/concrete pond. Due to the extent of the damage, I contacted Marc at Guardian to help me coordinate things. Marc had proserv onsite within hours to start cleanup (and this was a Friday night!) His contractor was onsite the next morning installing the new water heater and within 24 hours the place was clean, drying out, and hot water was flowing.
