I've known Mark for thirty years. When a disaster strikes he is compassionate and represents you like family. I wouldn't advise anyone to try to deal with the insurer on their own. I'm a contractor with 40 years of experience and would never try to represent myself in case of a loss. My son lost his house to a fire and Mark and his team were there every step of the way until my son's house was totally rebuilt and he was back in it. He truly is a "Guardian Angel"
