After I called, was around 9pm, they sent a technician within perhaps 20 to 30 minutes. His name is Tom, I think. Very knowlegable person. Took him a second to identify the issue and another some 10 minutes to repair. This is service.“

1 - - They were quick to respond when I my tub started backing up—they showed up fast and fixed it right away with no hassle. Total pros.

2 - - They replaced my 38-year-old boiler in less than a day, mid-winter. Pete and Doug were absolutely fantastic—professional, efficient, and super friendly. Not only did they get the new boiler up and running perfectly, but they also fixed my basement steps while they were at it, which was totally unexpected and very appreciated.

They even hauled away the old boiler without any issues, and everything was left spotless when they were done. The level of service they provided was truly above and beyond.“

I almost had one of the big local companies do it which I had a service contract with but they were a little shady with their sales practices and when I needed to make some changes to what I wanted and they became unresponsive. Thank God I found Rich through a friend of my mom's. Rich was responsive, honest and fair. He answered all my questions and was flexible with my crazy work schedule. He did a fantastic job with the install. His work was neat, professional and he even went above and beyond to help with some issues I had with my condensate drain pipe. After the install I called to cancel my service contract with the big local company I've been using and will use Rich from now on to service my unit. I know I am in good hands with him. He came back just recently to check my furnace out now that the weather is cold and did a thorough job.
