“I’ve finally found a heating/AC repair service I can trust and have confidence in. I’m a pretty good DIY home owner but sometimes you have to call in a professional. Rich is that guy, family owned, in the Monmouth county area for 32 years. Knowable, professional, courteous, reasonably priced. I’ve unfortunately dealt with other services that want $150.00 just to pull in your driveway and you get a tech that has three months of training (if your lucky) and spends most his time making phone calls to some tech support trying to troubleshoot your problem and trying to upsell you some service or whatever while he’s waiting for an answer, the whole time your being charged $150.00 an hour. Rich came when he said he would, quickly diagnosed the problem, had the part on his truck, completed the repair, all at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend D&R and would use them I the future.“

“Need to tell you all about this company. (Note I don't write many reviews.. but need to share this.)My project was a Sandy Storm recovery. Todd (the owner) quoted insulation and "Air Sealing" for my home as part of the NJ energy savings program. When the numbers were crunched I ended up paying almost twice the the other insulation estimates I got BUT for an infinitely higher quality product (better insulation in the walls, sprayed cellulose and venting in the attic, foam sealing of all cracks) that will return energy savings benefits for years after the rebate was applied. Based on my calculations I will get a return for the additional cost in the first two or three years (and every other year will be additional savings!!)Their expertise is not just in Insulation and Energy Savings but in all things HVAC and general renovation. My previous GC turned out to be a shyster in my opinion and Todd made himself available to help with multiple critical tasks delivering high quality in a timely and fair and friendly fashion.I recommend this company highly without hesitation and am available as contactable reference if anyone has questions.“

“My furnace was not firing up on a cold, snowy Saturday morning. My previous HVAC service had been bought out by a larger, less customer friendly, company.. I called All Air Systems Heating and Cooling, LLC because of the great reviews and they are a local company. Kenny at All Air Systems Heating and Cooling, LLC was quick with a return phone call and was helpful and courteous. Kenny was able to effecting pinpoint the problem, explain it to me, and repair the issue so that the furnace was working beautifully. “We highly recommend Frank and Nick from Crystal Mechanic. They are extremely knowledgeable, neat and efficient. They replaced my air conditioner in the spring. And did a great job. While doing that job they noticed the wrong valves on our hot water heater (which was temperamental last winter) and said we could have a water leak. Before the cold weather returned they replaced the valves, did some neater new piping and replaced some parts that were going bad. We now have a warm house. Thanks Frank and Nick. Highly recommend for heating and air conditioning !!!“
