“John, the owner of this company, is very polite and friendly. He responded quickly and explained all the details to me, while other companies were rude, impatient, and asked for ridiculous prices. I highly appreciate his professionalism and care for customers. He understood my frustration and sent his serviceman to my house immediately. I couldn’t believe I received service on the same day after calling him.
The serviceman, John, who came to my house was awesome, professional, and punctual. He arrived on time, unlike other contractors who either never showed up as promised or came very late. He did a great job within one hour (in the rain!!), while others told me they would need at least three hours or a full day. I highly appreciate his service and attention to detail.
Both of them were great. I highly recommend this company. Their service is excellent and very reasonably priced.”
