“Last winter, I contacted Ocean Plumbing for a heating issue, and I was very happy with the service call. When my hot water heater started failing, I again contacted Ocean Plumbing. They gave me what I believe to be a very fair estimate. In their estimate, they supplied different options for replacement. After the estimate, they helped me understand my options, explaining the pros and cons of each. Throughout the process, Ocean Plumbing was responsive though both phone and e-mail. When it came time for installation, they were ready and present when they said they would be there. Unfortunately, I was not. They were kind enough to reschedule and again arrived exactly when they said they would, prepared to do the job. The installation was completed in an efficient way. I am impressed with how clean the installation looks. I am also glad I took their advice on the unit to install. If you need someone in the area for a plumbing job, I would not hesitate to call Ocean Plumbing. I am certainly happy with their work.“

I received three bids and Ryan’s was the best and was able to schedule me in quickly. “Great work and attention to detail! This id the place to go for your plumbing needs! They replaced my tub for a reasonable cost and the staff is friendly and help with any questions. Update 2 months later: they arrived 15 minutes early to replace a control switch on my gas heater (very old unit) and completed work under 2 hours and only charged $575 for repair.
